For the present The Follyshed can only accept payment via Paypal.
SHIPPING
All paintings will be carefully packaged and dispatched as soon as possible via Parcelforce Worldwide once the the payment has been made in full. A signature is required on delivery.
UK mainland deliveries will be with Express 48 Service and calculated at checkout.
For all other destinations outside this area please email roz@thefollyshed.com directly for a personal location shipping quotation with Global Priority.
Your goods might be subject to import duties and taxes which will need paying before parcels are released for delivery. Please be sure to note your country’s requirements.
You will be notified by email as soon as the purchase is shipped with the tracking number.
RETURNS
Should you not be happy with the painting you may return it within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please email roz@thefollyshed.com for details and address to send your return. It must be in perfect, original re-saleable condition.
You will be given a full refund for the purchase price of the painting once it is returned in acceptable condition minus the shipping costs both to and from your address.
All paintings are sent back at your own risk, The Follyshed is not responsible for damaged or missing paintings that occurs in return shipping. It is strongly recommended you use a recorded delivery service and package the painting safely and securely.
DAMAGE
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives.
In the unfortunate event of damage please notify roz@thefollyshed.com straightaway to arrange the return and full refund of your purchase and shipping costs. Please keep evidence of the damaged painting and packaging with photographs.
